How do we do things differently?

Our background in compliance work and direct participation in school inspections gives us a capability that is genuinely rare: the ability to read ISI and Ofsted inspection reports not for their headline judgements, but for what the language beneath them reveals. We know what inspectors probe for, what specific phrasing signals and - particularly in the Early Years Foundation Stage - what separates a school that is good from one that is genuinely exceptional.

One client - your family

We are paid solely by the families we represent. No referral fees, no school commissions, no hidden relationships. We hold specialist professional memberships that provide curated expert data and in-depth school analysis and reviews across the education sector - resources we draw on alongside published inspection reports for every school that appears in your report.

The whole picture, not just academics

Long before we consider a school's results or leavers destinations, we assess the full texture of what it means to belong to it: the journey to school and the neighbourhood it sits within; the composition of its governing body; the depth and authenticy of its extra-curricular offer;  what appears on the lunch menu;  and how the school communicates with its parent community. Our question is never "is it is a good school?" - it is "is this the right school for your family?"

Deep, local expertise

The practice operates across central and south-west London and the immediate Surrey commuter belt - from Chelsea, Notting Hill and Fulham through Battersea, Wandsworth, Putney, Wimbledon, Richmond and Kingston and into the Surrey villages from Esher and Cobham to Guildford and Dorking. The geography is deliberately bounded so that knowledge of each school is current, granular and personal rather than secondhand.

Natalie was brilliant. She struck the perfect balance...

...of being highly professional and genuinely understanding our family and what would be right for our kids

She has a great instinct for fit - not just academically, but culturally and personally. I'd recommend her to any parents navigating the school process.

The UK Education landscape is undergoing material change

Families who plan two years ahead are placed in schools that fit. Families who plan two months ahead often are not. The decision benefits from being made early, considered and on your own timetable rather than someone else's.

Understanding the forces currently shaping the system is not background noise - it is directly relevant to the decisions you are making today. At the same time, this period of change brings new possibilities, more diverse school models, richer pathways and a greater focus on the individual.

With the right guidance you can turn complexity into an opportunity to shape an education that truly fits the person your child is becoming!

We do not begin any engagement without first taking the time to listen. That initial conversation - complimentary, and without obligation - is where every family's journey starts with us.
